2 ★Hi , i forgot my password to my account. There are some registered fingerprint already, and i wanted to add. But i cannot retrieved my password using my registered email. Pls help fix your app. I already input the code but its not proceeding.

1 ★App will not let me log in. Multiple rest attempts. Reinstalled app. Tried both account # and email address. Very disappointing.

1 ★Tried the smart lock on iPad and Android Galaxy S24 Ultra..... The app gives errors about Bluetooth cache being an issue, but this is a brand new phone. Still, reset cache, no progress. Tried on the iPad, same thing. Pretty sure it's part bad hardware, and a larger part of terrible coding. Literally just preprogram the card that comes with the lock and I'd have been happy and kept the product. Returned the product and bad reviews on both app stores..how you make a product and an app this bad?

5 ★Fast and reliable

3 ★This lock uses a lithium battery that is not replaceable. And lithium batteries are notoriously unreliable when they get Frozen. So if you use the lock on and outside door for instance in the winter the battery is not going to work that well.

2 ★The product and the software are very versatile and easy to use. However, I can only give 2 to 3 stars because the battery in the padlock cannot last long. After 6 months, it deteriorate very fast and need to be charge very often (every 2 to 3 days). I dare not use anymore because even with full charge, the padlock does not have the power to be unlock fast. It unlock in slow motion and gives me a feeling that it might be dead soon. I don't want to be lock inside my own house.

1 ★Its now 2025 and it's still utter garbage and still doesn't find padlock , just like it didn't in 2019 , and it doesnt even scan to find it so uninstall again pure and utter shite .
