JumpTrack is the powerful proof-of-delivery app that makes it easy to track deliveries, improve the productivity of delivery fleets and reduce customer service costs. Customers simply sign with a fingertip. Signatures and delivery information are automatically uploaded to the JumpTrack servers in the Cloud and then downloaded into your backend systems.

JumpTrack also helps you keep track of drivers by tracking them with GPS. You can view their current position as well as see where they’ve driven on their route. Great for keeping drivers running at maximum efficiency and reducing your delivery costs.

JumpTrack even helps you to get paid faster by making proof-of-delivery information available to your customers’ accounts payable departments. Now they know who received what and when.

3 ★There is an small issue that happened many times on last week, when I open one address and the app switch to google maps, maps only look for the street but misses the number of the destination, if I dont derect the error, I finish in other place miles away.

1 ★When using the camera to capture a picture it only saves about a third of the time

1 ★Not good

2 ★So I have used this app since the first release on the play store, and it does capture signatures, but is not great to actually use. I have used it on everything from cheap phones to the currently best note 8, and it will crash on every one. The app will usually crash just after having someone sign, at that point the entry will disappear from the list, and you will have to back out of your currently loaded manifest, then reload it to bring it back. There was a recent update that may have solved some crashing issues, but unfortunately, it created more issues. The update brought a line to the signature pad, and a new font for the signature, thanks for wasting time on that, and brought a new organization to the layout. In the previous version of the app, you were able to have the customer sign and then put the screen to sleep and come back to it when you were able, but the new version will delete the signature if the screen goes to sleep prior to completing the signature process. The new version has an updated list reorganization scheme. It does seem to move items down the list in a much faster manner, but still struggles to move things from the bottom up. In the previous version, you could bring something from the bottom of the list and drag it to the top of the screen, then let go and it would place the entry at the top. This made things easy to build a route backwards, but is gone with the last update. The camera function operates well. The signatures upload fine. GPS tracking works, so long as they don't shut the GPS off. If you have multiple deliveries for one location and multiple departments, good luck. The entries will all be listed individually and you will either have to have the customer sign for each one, or sign them yourself, both will waste your time. I use this app because my company pays for it, if it were up to me, I'd just get paper signed, it's more efficient.

2 ★Everything works but the signing area for zmax

2 ★I use this app on my samsung galaxy note 4 and i noticed you go into edit the order of the route, you go into edit and you can't move the stops. Please fix this it's a pain searching through the phone at every delivery.

1 ★App always freezes, crashes completely, and regularly deletes signature. If you genuinely want your company to flourish and make money without giving yourself an aneurysm from the stress then don't use Jumptrack. Use a system that actually works.

4 ★Please add ability to add unknown invoices. It is a drawback of a otherwise great app. Feedback within app also does not work.

5 ★If your looking for a great Proof of Delivery system for your business. This product just might be your answer. We are running around 10 HTC Evo 4's (2.3) with this app for our drivers and it works very well at capturing customer signatures.
