5 ★I love this app!!! It is the greatest shopping app ever if you need to ship out of the country. Shopping at multiple stores I love, all at once and shipped all together. It is so easy and convenient. Customer service is a live chat and everyone is extremely kind and helpful, it also offers the best shipping rates I've found! I highly recommend it, give it a try!!
1 ★App customization needs improvement. App gets hanged every few seconds. There aren't enough known brands like REI stores, North Face, Keen, Columbia, Teva, Timberland, Sacauni, Brooks, and the list goes on... Even category wise can't sort them Brand wise, it's a matter of time you can update things then hopefully will come back. Regards, Dr. Salman
1 ★Shopping using this app takes days and by the time it processes you will miss out o. Any sales. I have twice had it tell me I need to pay conciderably more because it didn't process in time. The only advantage is it is slightly more convenient in adding things to your MyUS shipping basket, but really is not worth the inconvenience and additional costs from missing sale items
4 ★My first two orders were seamless and arrived in good time. I was refunded for any items that were not available. My third order , I was refunded for unavailable items but I have been waiting for almost two weeks for one final item to arrive. I had to email customer service twice, and Rosie got back to me and updated me on the status and again when my order shipped. Upping my initial 2 stars to 4. Although customer service was initially slow to respond, Rosie made up for the delay.
4 ★The shopping is pretty easy however the app crashes sometimes when adding things to the shopping cart. The shipping fees were expected and I was refunded for an item that was out of stock. I recieved an email with a delivery estimation which should arrive to me in 3 days. I'm not sure what the people talking about membership fees are saying, I havent experienced that. I will update after my order arrives but so far so good, no problems apart from the crashing. (Update: order arrived nicely howev
1 ★I used it once and will never use it again. Ordering process from 3rd party lasts days meaning if you are aiming to catch some deal... well forget it. Once you order there is no tracking untill the item reach myUS, delivery for some items even within US takes weeks not to mention no customer support aside chatapp that is close to being useless and requires 1+ hour waiting at least....
5 ★Awesome is all I have to say. I was hesitant at first but, I've used it a few times now and have nothing bad to say. Packages have been shipped in a timely manner. They have issued refunds when items have been cheaper then when I've ordered or a special promo code has come up at time of them ordering. If you are in Canada (as I can't speak for other countries) this is definitely a good go to if they dont ship to Canada or accept Canadian credit cards.
2 ★I hate to be negative so early as my parcel was placed a few days ago, yet, so far it is not assuring and it seems the only channel they respond to is this: app review. I paid extra 10$ for rush handling to get my parcel faster yet they made me wait one day so far in review state: now it is 26 hours since my ordered was placed in review state breaking their promise that it should be within 24 hours, they also stated that oreders are tax free and only pay for international shipping, but paid tax!

Dont trust these positive feedback i believe they are paid to write +ve feedback, The moment you put your payment details they will debit your account monthly even if you cancel membership they will still debit your account and not respond to your emails. Don't put your payment details it's a scam I repeat it's a scam I repeat again it's a scam
1 ★Once you place an order and they have your bank account information there's nothing you can do to cancel your order or get a refund. I bought something on Amazon that's $30 something dollars, I received and email telling me that the "online value" is $15 dollars more, I have to reply to the email for them to charge my card or the order will be canceled. I replied asking for someone to call me to explain what they mean. They responded telling me thank you for accepting the extra fees.
1 ★I have a bad experience in this app. My first order was cancelled after debited money from my credit card, saying that the items I chose are no longer available in the store. Then I made another purchased and I was debited , so after some days I got series of mails saying that my orders are preparing to ship to me. After some days I got another mail saying that my order was on transit to me with a tracking number. But unbelievable to me each time I tracked my order it says my order not found.
