1 ★I used to love this app. Recently I tried to update my payment info online since it's nor able to do that in the app. It wouldn't let me login and kept saying I didn't have a subscription. I made a new login and password on the site. My card was charged but now I can't login to the app. I sent an email regarding my issue and got an email back saying it was received. It's been a week. I have sent 2 follow up emails and haven't received any response back. I just want a refund now.
5 ★Update: I've been using cardio cast since 2018 and has saved my sanity through the covid pandemic! Still going strong, and to this day, the music and coaches keep me in cardiovascular shape!! Great music and instructions keep me pulling and pushing. I'm addicted!!!
