1 ★Inaccurate gps tracking ans a waste of time. If I haven't payed for onenof the events I would not use this trash app for tracking my runs. Save yourself some time and use any alternative.
1 ★Worse apps. First doesnt record my run result. They ask me to install the latest version. After that worse, cannot log in. Changed my password more the ten times. Unibstall and create new account. Same result, wrong password. Once or twice managed to log in, but shown blank screen #` split data# Another time log in and try to activate for ST virtual run, unsuccessful.
1 ★1. Jumps start a small distance at the start of a run 2. Measures distance inaccurately 3. App takes forever to start up 4. Has to load for minutes after ending a run 5. Timer always runs at least 30 secs less than my garmin watch 6. Accidentally pressed the music button and couldnt use the app until i connected to spotify All these issues and i have to use it for a PAID virtual run i genuinely hope this app burns in hell
1 ★Totally unreliable app and pisses one off. My friend km logged in was more than her actual walk done when we both started out & ended the same time. Ridiculous! Updated the version but record was totally screwed up and the app kept closing by itself . The virtual run I joined in August doesn't hv this issue, they accept the screenshot of other apps used and logged in the time. This is totally frustrating! Not motivating to complete the run at all.
1 ★Horrible! Now I know why ppl are complaining! Finally able to login after multiple times of reseting the password. And now I'm not able to activate my run, it keep having 500/server error, keep kicking me out of the app for relogin. How to record run mileage like that? Please allowing the participants to upload run distance like other virtual run and not limit to this app. A total disappointment!
1 ★Terrible mediocre running app! It won't track your workout distance when the screen is off, even with the app locked to prevent auto-kill by the phone. Also, the virtual run challenge only accepts tracking from this app is total nonsense. Why couldn't the virtual participants submit the screenshot data from their running watch instead? Total wasted of money and effort. Please refund and rectify your app issues before launching these VR challenge with attractive finisher medal to trick us all!
1 ★Horrible app. They have an event that was being hosted with StarWars and the app is like in test mode. Keeps crashing on opening. Irresponsive to touch completely if open. And I have no idea which senseless idiots are answering customers. Copied all users and sent me an email saying there is an update which will not crash. This should be a PDPA case. Updating the review for Straits Times Marathon. App has improved from before. Runs are not recorded at times. It keeps saying there is an error.
1 ★I am using Galaxy S20. I found out I must turn off the power mode proper tracking (GPS is turned off if power mode is on). The user interface is primitive compare to UA or Nike. Have to fiddle a while to get use to. And most importantly, it does not allow you to set verbal announcements on distance, speed, lap time! Definitely will remove this app after ST virtual run!
1 ★It is very frustrating using this Apps for my ST Virtual Run. I had done 3 runs with this Apps and all were not recorded because of 'problem with your pace' error. I finally realised that the timer stopped when the Hp screen turn off, but the distance would continue recording. But when u end the run, it will show an error. ALL MY RUNS WERE NOT RECORDED, how am I going to complete my ST Virtual Run????
1 ★I use this app for event tracking purpose. I don't have any other tracker beside this. Its horrible. Keep having error to save the data regardless android or apple. Its a 1 mth event n 4 tracking needed. My kids were so disappointed their actual record wasn't being able to save and they have to redo the exercise.
1 ★Very bad app and buggy. I tried to run for a while and when the screen black out, the logging pauses. Cannot save my progress too. When I try to sign up for event, it keeps showing error message. Also I am unable to login even though I had keyed in correct password.
1 ★The big event like STAR WARS VIRTUAL RUN 2020 using this kind of app is a big mistake. It didn't record my almost 6km run today, it stucks on 0,19km. In Google fit, it's recorded 5,84km of my today run activity. And move app can't connect to Google fit app. I feel very disappointed. The final deadline line is coming closer, September 30. Please fix it..!!!
