Die Regeln von " PlayKey " sind ganz einfach: solange eine Note über die Notenzeile von links nach rechts läuft, tippt man entweder auf den Namen der Note oder die richtige Taste auf der Bildschirmtastatur. Ein Wechsel zwischen Buchstaben und Tasten ist jederzeit möglich.
Am Ende eines Levels (15 Noten, die Reihenfolge entsteht nach dem Zufall Prinzip) wird angezeigt, wo noch ein Lernbedarf besteht.
