4 ★For very beginner song writing this works fairly well. The UI isn't amazing but it's far from bad. And everything is fairly easy to understand without even doing the tutorial. But there are a lot of musical things missing from it. The ones I ran into being Molto Ritardando and 7thuplets.
3 ★It's good. Since I'm a musical player, I can get to know how the notes sounds like if idk how to play it. But two things bother me a lot. The tempo, it's not right. If it's 140, but then it become slower than 140. and I can't share it. No matter what songs I wrote in there, it won't be share. Please fix it if you can :)
4 ★I really enjoy uing this to write music! Ive been experiencing a pretty big issue with the measures and saffs. Even when i set the measure to be 4/4, once the staff ends, it cuts off at a 2/4 measure and continues as 4/4. It jumps down to the next section with an odd wait, even though im using the right notes. Id love for this to be fixed, or im doing something wrong... BUT, thats my only issue with it. I think i can avoid this by only ever writing with 2/4, but im not sure.
4 ★I really do recommend this app for song creating, because it really is pretty cool! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of 1. The limited size of exporting and playback, and 2. It glitches sometimes so that the tenor sounds like the soprano and altos. Otherwise, it's pretty useful!
4 ★that's pretty great. I'm very impressed with the capability of this app. Maybe it'll be much better if you could add harmonics for guitar and other instrument. Also, I had a problem with the upgrade menu. It won't open the Payment page. But overall, this is quite good
4 ★There ARE MAJOR ISSUES THEY NEED TO FIX. 1, GET RID OF THE IN APP PURCHASES! IT DISRUPTS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND IS JUST AN EXCUSE TO MAKE MONEY. I'm better off upgrading to full version after getting used to it. Second, GET RID OF CORRECTION MODE FOR CERTAIN DEVICES. 3rd, we would need a second type of percussion staff for certain instruments. Finally, more ornaments. Now, the good stuff. EVERYTHING ELSE!!!! It's easy, it's fun to use, and is simple. Overall, 9/10. (Discard review)
5 ★Great app. Good for those learning to compose music.
1 ★Useless : can't transpose selected notes of a given semi-tone value (octave only), can't export only an instrument part and can't mute some instrument to listen only some instruments of the composition. Lack a lot of instruments ! Go for another score editor ! Furthermore, we don't know exactly what come in addition to the premium version...
4 ★This is a wonderful app. I just purchased the lifetime full version. Some things that could be added with future updates: 1) Bug fixes for audio crackle and notes that get 'skipped' during playback 2) Add ability to change loudness of measures (Piano, Forte etc) as well as crescendo/decrescendo) 3) Add option to make "stacatto" notes (if there is already a stacatto option I haven't found it yet) Add some of those and you'll get a five star review 😁👌
4 ★This app is really good. But one thing that bothered me, in playback mode the tempo is not constant... I compared with a real metronome, the playback didn't keep up with the right tempo... Please fix this... I would be interested to buy the full version if the tempo issue has been fix.
4 ★I'm a loyal fan of Maestro apk (a free app that makes music notation intuitive), but it doesn't export musicxml files. Another reason I had to defect is its 'notation keyboard.' A normal staff RARELY deals with more than four octaves of the same note, and the 'notation keyboard' is designed to promptly supply the diatonic notes of scale IN THOSE OCTAVES. Accidentals are close by for chromatic notes. There's also a fleet of 'category' keys to alter the value of the diatonic notes.
4 ★Apparently this works with the way my brain sees music - writing; easy as can be! I'm making quick arrangements for my violinist and I to perform within minutes. Also great for instant transposing. Loving that full version, too. Well worth the money.
