3 ★it is quite frustrating having to add your name, phone and address details every time you book a flight. As a garuda miles member, this information should be preloaded in the app so that I should only have to enter it the first time I book the flight. the other airline apps I use like Singapore Airlines have got this sorted out, why can't Garuda?
2 ★The application turn to be more stupid than the previous one, by only changing the theme from blue to black. The other downside is I cannot add my booking at all and the history from the previous version was gone. No any improvement. Why you have to fix something, while downgrading the better one?
3 ★Takes a long time for the app to respond. Many times it has redone a couple of times
2 ★1. Neither can I see the past trip or add new trip; 2. the miles doesnt update promtply, you have to log out than log in again to see the miles updated; 3. It doesnt save your miles number, even though I had log in, so you have to input your miles number everytime you check in. Only check in feature is useful, nothing else.
1 ★The app keeps stopping. Not work properly. I've been doing all your CS suggestions but the app keeps stopping. I've tried to another mobile phone that Android OS 10, and keeps stopping. 1 ★Just wanted to pay the ticket using credit card, none of all my credit cards succeeded, the message "the promo unable use CC", what on earth promo that I use? No promo at all. Another thing is, everytime I buy ticket, the frequent flyer already input, but everytime web check-in via this app. still the frequent flyer need to input again, what a waste ... This application not helping much, even give pain in the neck, Garuda should learn from others making good application or better eliminate it
3 ★Pros: 1. You can view your GarudaMiles membership, divided into the "redemption" and "earn" sections. 2. Mobile view are user friendly. 3. You can search for Citylink flights. Cons: 1. Always fail to log in after we logged out of our GarudaMiles account. I always got the "too many attempts, account locked" notifications, and have to reset the password. 2. Hopefully we can see our current tier frequency within the app in the near future, and no longer need to open the website.
1 ★very bad app. booked ticket does not show on my trips. travels completed do not show on past trips. Miles dont get updated. always hangs and connection errors. For an Airline which is comparitively as expensive as SQ their app works more poorly than some other budget airlines.
1 ★After updating the latest version, I can't even log in, I've reset my password, I can't log in. Very bad application. Before launching into the Playstore, make sure the app is bug free. Very disappointing for a 5 star airline class, the quality very bad.
1 ★There is no web check in for Garuda Indonesia so you must use these app to do mobile check in. The big problem is you need to register for the app and they need you to confirm activation email. The activation email never came. Please if you can't create a foolproof system don't eliminate the tried and true system like web check in. Not all problem must be solved by fancy shmancy app especially if there was never a ptoblem with old system.
1 ★Can't login on that application. After purchasing ticket, i have to submit my ticket refferal code again to remind me my next flight schedule. It makes me complicated due to the system and the purchased ticket is not integrated directly. So, what's the benefit to use this app? I suggest you to use their website which is so much much much better than this application
2 ★Had some questions about travel credit voucher, decided to use live chat, NEVER CONNECTED to the agent. Was in queue number 2 but then back to number 6? How was that even possible? Haha. I'll try to call the customer service tomorrow. I thought app would've made it easier to contact them. Nope. I was wrong. Haha.
