Now a year later…The Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR) and its partners invite you to join Stemi Live Conf 2017! as the African continent works its way through the impending epidemic of Coronary Artery Disease.
Leading local and International experts will comprise a faculty that will take the delegates through the fundamental principles of STEMI management to the latest International guidelines, in the backdrop of uniquely African challenges and suggested solutions.
The conference will include live case presentations, patient interviews, panel discussions and breakaway workshops designed to cater for all levels of delegates.
Heart attack management will be covered from the time of symptom onset, through the first contact with a GP or Emergency Room management, through cardiac interventions and post MI treatments.
All medical personnel involved in the care of potential STEMI patients, and stakeholders and industry executives involved in policy making and health care are encouraged to attend in order to gain important insights into best practice in STEMI care.
New in Africa STEMI this year! is a dedicated Echo Foundation workshop and Live patient interviews.
One whole session has been dedicated to review the Africa STROKE initiative, to look at ways in which Stroke care can borrow from Heart Attack management system and develop in parallel.
