1. Pelanggan TELKOM Segment Consumer Service dan BUKAN Segment Enterprise ataupun Business service
2. Pelanggan harus berlangganan IndiHOME TELKOM dengan produk dan layanan minimal sebagai berikut :
a. Berlangganan Fitur Free 1000 Menit Call sesama Telepon Rumah untuk Panggilan Lokal dan SLJJ
b. Internet Kecepatan Tinggi
c. USeeTV All Channel Included Channel Liga Inggris atau Premier League
d. Tagihan Single Billing atau TSI.
3. Pelanggan Tidak sedang Memiliki Tunggakan atau Produk dan Layanan Tidak dalam Status Isolir. Dalam hal ini pelanggan rutin melakukan pembayaran atas Tagihan Produk dan Layanan dalam rentang waktu yang sudah ditetapkan TELKOM sebagai waktu pembayaran.
