1 ★Major scam. They take too long to send you your price even though they say they dont. They double charge an they will make you think it's you who is crazy. They say they're open 24/7 an they're not. They took forever to even give a tracking number for the prize won. They say they offer refunds but you have to give a full explanation of why, so it doesn't make sense why they give that option if it's not true.
1 ★Timer ended but I was still outbid?! I watched the timer run out while I was in 1st place. Then it said "pending" and pushed me to second! I tried to get back in first but came across some ridiculously hard questions that I never got before and lost. This is a total scam! I wouldn't be surprised if the "winner" was a bot. The user name was generic and they came out of nowhere in the last few minutes. I don't think they were even on the board.
3 ★it's ok for trivia sake, but not for winning anything without spending money. Not even 80,000 points got me better than 6th place. It took a year to earn that many points without buying them.
1 ★I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a total gimmick, was winning up until the last minute, when someone who wasn't even on the player list to begin with takes first, I kept playing but it kept kicking me out of the game... needless to dont waste your money.

All it does is make you pour money into it for nothing but at the last seconds someone (most likely a computer) can beat you to win and just make you spend more money!!! total trash of a game! By the time its over you already spent the same amount as it would be just to buy it out right or you spend way over for everything!
1 ★There's no point in playing unless you want to spend money. You don't win by playing againat other players in a trivia contest, you win by playing trivia by yourself and adding up your points. The only way to keep adding points is to get tickets and the only realy way to get those is to pay for them. An absolute money grab. Don't waste your time and money. You're better off just buying the items they put up as prizes.
1 ★Definitely not what it appears to be. I thought you answer questions and win prizes. NO! You have to purchase tickets and bid your tickets on an item that you're never gonna win. I will never download this app on my phone...THE APP IS JUNK!!
1 ★even reply to this comment they dont read....i already said that email doesnt respond back to customers!! proving.. Bots are in game& in customer service too. Dont allow anyone to use any form of payment for tickets that you have associated with your acct even if it family/business credit card as they will confiscate your tickets& prizes won &shut your acct down. then not return emails as Erin will close all messages sent. STILL OWED $50 DEALDASH GC. doesnt respond to customers & are THIEVES!
2 ★yes you can win prizes if your lucky as ever. people or computers are allowed to come in at the last second right before you win and take it from you unless you spend all your money which is bull!!!! I was in a tournament winning for over 6 hours and with 30 seconds left someone entered used a bunch of money got all the way to the top and won with 30 seconds left not even enough time for me to win it back. very sneaky and shady. not cool.
1 ★They revoked the winning prize from me. Customer service will not respond to my emails/ requests. I'm due the $50 deal dash gift card that I won! Erin within customer service is the one who needs to respond to customers requests and send my gift card that is due!
1 ★I tried this app in early September, quickly realized the items people were bidding on are way overpriced, and stopped playing. A month later, I started receiving a bunch of refunds and notifications that my card was being charged, all the while I didn't have that app installed on my phone. Be wary, people. Once you add your card to this app, theres no way to remove it. My card was compromised, and customer service is little to no help at all in solving this problem. After my bank got involved, they quickly refunded my money, only for charges to continue being placed. So even if your card is compromised on this app, they will still keep it on there and allow the culprits to continue their mischief. These people deserve a D minus rating with the Better Business Bureau, and should be shut down for dishonest business practice. Disgusting.
3 ★This is a well set up app and the trivia is fun. There are a few dominating players that seem to come in and take every game right towards the end... two of which I personally believe are bots.. (mjrs and paralingx) Anyways, if you enjoy trivia play the game. If you want to win something find another app. I personally can't AFFORD to WIN these items. No matter how many tickets I save it's never enough. I wanted to win on knowledge and trivia...This is not the app for that. Also, as a side note... the tickets are a bit pricey so as you buy them to continue playing you might as well just buy the product...either way, you ARE BUYING THE PRODUCT✌
