How to use the SQUAT CHALLENGE app?
1. Place your phone somewhere that can see you, for example, on the ground as close to yourself as possible.
2. Stand straight and stretch your arms.
3. Hover one of your feet above of the top of the phone to initiate counting. You can also tap the start button, or just say "START REPS".
4. Counting stops after 60 seconds.
