Jefri Al Buchori atau lebih dikenal sebagai Ustad Uje (lahir di Jakarta, 12 April 1973 – meninggal di Jakarta, 26 April 2013 pada umur 40 tahun) adalah seorang pendakwah (ustad), penyanyi, dan aktor berkebangsaan Indonesia.Jefri Al-Buchori lahir di Jakarta, anak ketiga dari Ayah, Ismail Modal (alm) yang berdarah Maluku dan Ibu, Tatu Mulyana. Berdasarkan wawancaranya dengan Gatra, masa kecilnya dihabiskan di daerah Pangeran Jayakarta di mana lingkungan sekitarnya terdapat banyak bar dan diskotek. Jefri tidak pernah merasakan kelas 4 sekolah dasar karena pada saat bersekolah di SD 07 Karang Anyar, ia lompat kelas dari kelas 3 ke kelas 5. Sejak kecil ia telah menunjukkan ketertarikan pada mata pelajaran agama dan kesenian. Setamat SD, Jefri dan kedua kakaknya bersekolah di Pesantren modern di Daar el Qolam Gintung, Balaraja, Tangerang, namun ia hanya mengikuti pendidikan selama empat tahun dari enam tahun syarat lulus dan pindah sekolah ke Madrasah Aliyah karena perilaku yang tidak terpuji. Sejak kecil Jefri telah menunjukkan bakat untuk tampil dengan meraih prestasi MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran) hingga tingkat provinsi.
Masa mudanya kerap diidentikkan dengan narkoba, disko, dan bermain bola bilyar. "Gue itu dulu dutanya setan di dunia" - pengakuannya pada saat wawancara. Selepas Madrasah (setingkat SMA) ia melanjutkan pada akademi Broadcasting di Rawamangun, Jakarta - namun tidak selesai kuliah dikarenakan lebih mementingkan bermain bilyar.
Sebagai pecandu narkoba, Jefri bertemu dengan Pipik Dian Irawati yang dikenal sebagai model gadis sampul majalah Aneka tahun 1995 asal Semarang, Jawa Tengah dan menikah siri pada 7 September 1999. Pernikahan ini kemudian diresmikan di Semarang dua bulan kemudian. Pasangan ini dikaruniai tiga orang anak, Adiba Khanza Az-Zahra, Mohammad Abidzar Al-Ghifari, dan Ayla Azuhro. Beberapa tahun kemudian, lahir anak keempat Jefri, yaitu Attaya Bilal Rizkillah.
