To send a fax: choose a file from any location (Dropbox, Google Drive, any other app)
To receive a fax: subscribe for a number and you’re all set. You receive documents as PDF and can preview them or export them to any other app.

- Enter the recipient fax number
- Optionally add a title, sender, recipient details and enable the cover page
- Tap the send button!
- Each page costs one fax credit but the cover page is always free.

1 ★Deceptive, not giving all details upfront on costs. First was purchase page credits, I was fine with this, as it said they never expire! But, after purchase, next screen requires a fax number purchase, which is $3.99 for one month, or a 3 month or 6 month option! Feel the total price should be upfront, not baiting you for cheap page costs when you have an additional high cost expiring fax number purchase!
1 ★One must open an account to find cost is $0.99US per page for small users! The Privacy Policy says, "You can also have your account (and faxes) deleted permanently by closing your account in the Settings page of the Web application." No, one must sign into the account, go to 'Edit account' and choose 'Delete' at the bottom of the page. Took me 45 minutes to find it. Looks kinda shady. This app might be great for a volume user, but is such a user going to do so from a cellphone or tablet?
5 ★I had important urgent matters to attend & needed a fax, and fast! Our closest fax service is 30 minutes & my car is acting up. I downloaded Genius Fax hoping the app would Save. The. Day. It darn well did! Outstanding app. Great price & convenient google play payment option. I don't have to waste gas, waste time & stand in lines. I received a confirmation receipt immediately showing my fax & the apps FREE cover sheet went through with recipients info. Very pleased with ease of use.
1 ★Annoying. I was enjoying this app until a bug caused 3 PAID credits to disappear. I was drafting a 3 pg fax & decided not to send it-- so I cleared out all of the fields & backed out of the app which caused the app to crash. When I relaunched, the draft was gone as were my 3 credits. 😤 The fax was NEVER sent. Note to users, be very careful with this buggy & unstable app. If it crashes while you're drafting a fax or you decide to delete a draft, YOU WILL LOSE THOSE CREDITS regardless. SCAMMY.
3 ★I'm giving this a 3 star only because of pricing, if it was a little cheaper like 25 or 50 cents a page like a $1 for 4 pages I would absolutely give this a 5 star rating as so far it seems to be super convenient and is much easier for me to scan my documents through genius scan and fax directly from my phone with as little faxing as I have to do, it is a lot easier to fax from home with my wifi than to chase down a fax machine. I did get a confirmation report so I'm assuming the fax completed.
5 ★Amazing! I just got hired and had to FAX some consent and authorization forms.... I didnt want to go to staples. I tried at my college but couldn't find a fax machine anywhere. I downloaded this with Genius Scan which I have used before... it what made me think they might have one... tha fully they did. Use this! Yes it isnt free but its cheap!!!
5 ★I have used this app multiple times during the past year. This app is oustanding. I have not had any difficulties faxing, and the recipients who received these faxes had no issues. These docs arrived as they would from a typical facsimile. Highly recommend.
1 ★Do NOT waste your time or money on this app. Its a rip off. You have to buy credits to send faxes that don't go anywhere...I don't think. I paid for 10 credits as i had 2 pages to send & used 2 of the credits to send an important work compo document to my case worker & he never received it but I received notification that it sent properly. I paid $8 for no reason other than to line the developers wallets.
4 ★Its a great tool, easy to view what you've sent, works well with Genius Scan, recomended by my tax service, easy document management with metadata.
4 ★I love that I can fax from my phone, but I don't like the cost. Faxing is becoming archaic, and I feel it shouldn't cost as much as it does. On another note, you know right away if it went through and their support system is quick as well!
4 ★If you only need to fax outbound periodically, this is a cost effective option. However, if you do a moderate to high amount, or need a fax number that doesn't change frequently then monthly services such as HELLOFAX are likely a better option at around 4 cents a page.
5 ★I have used the app twice and its fast and everything is so clear and easy to use its like having my own fax number which for a very small fee you have. Glad to know that I can take care of business from the comfort of my own cell phone and it takes seconds...
