- If you or your group members encounter any Danger or an Emergency the Family TRAK 999 App can instantly Alert group members of the Situation including where the loved one is located.
- With Family TRAK 999 you can be sure you know where your family members and loved ones are.
Family TRAK 999 Features:
*MY LOCATION - See your current GPS location on a map
*MY FAMILY – See the current location of your entire family group on a map by GPS tracker
*ALERT MY FAMILY - Send Alerts to all group members if you are in danger or trouble
*MAKE EMERGENCY CALL - Auto dials 9-9-9 and alerts your group that a user has called 999.
*CALL POLICE NON-EMERGENCY - Auto dials Police Non-Emergency and alerts your group that a user has called Police Non-Emergency
*TELL THE OPERATOR YOUR LOCATION - Read out to the Emergency Services Operator directly from the App your current Geo-verified Street address including latitude/longitude.

9-9-9 CALLS & POLICE NON-EMERGENCY CALLS including EMERGENCY ALERT notifications received on family, friends or loved ones mobile phones display:
- Who transmitted the Alert or made a call
- The date & time the notification was received
- Their GPS location on a map
- The route to get to them
The family location function can quickly pinpoint the location of any family member at any time.
Examples of Family TRAK 999 use:
Your loved one is alone and in danger, they open the app and simply press on ALERT MY FAMILY or during a serious emergency press on MAKE EMERGENCY CALL, which auto dials 9-9-9.
You will then instantly receive:
*A Siren sound with a notification on your Mobile phone from Family TRAK 999 displaying their name
*What the person in danger selected either "EMERGENCY ALERT", "CALLED 999 or POLICE-NON EMERGENCY"
*Where they are currently located on a map
*The route to their location by GPS Tracking system
HOW TO SET UP THE APP:
1. Head user (perhaps a parent) downloads the app.
2. Head user registers an account and receives an activation link via email.
3. Head user goes to USER and adds family members to this Family Locator app
4. Once a user has been added they will receive an email sent to their Email-ID. Simply press on “CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT”.
5. User downloads the app from iTunes via a link contained in the email.
6. After Family TRAK 999 is downloaded the user logs on with the user email ID and password contained in the Email
- The Emergency screen: "Make Emergency Call and Call Police Non-Emergency" Auto dialing feature and "Tell the operator your location" are ALWAYS FREE
