Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Very limited features. Basically good for unlocking a door and that is it. Would be nice to be able to initiate a lock down in case of an emergency. Would be nice to be able to see door lock status.
5 ★I can allow anyone in the building knowing who they are no matter where I am. Very convenient!!!
1 ★Absolutely garbage, and battery usage shows this app drains battery while not in use. Avoid this app altogether
3 ★Auto log out every time on my Droid
1 ★constantly frozen... not reliable
2 ★Does not load on s9
5 ★Excellent
1 ★It takes 16 seconds to open a door. I've timed it. I'm on a Galaxy s8. My current process: 1) Scroll to the app 2) Open the app 3) Let the app crash from reopening 4) Reopen 5) Wait for the recent door activity feed to load 6) Swipe to get to doors 7) Click the Door to open the fold out menu 8) Click the unlock button. This is quite annoying. I would suggest two critical features: 1) Remove the activity feed, or at least don't make it the home screen 2) Give me a widget for a door. One tap unlock from my homescreen.
2 ★Can't even get past the sign in screen on a galaxy 7. Screen begins to jump and doesn't stop until I terminate the app.
3 ★For a mobile app, it does a decent job at providing info at a glance. However, trying to do anything actionable with it hasn't worked out. For example, attempting to review video clips for an event always shows the wrong video. Additionally, trying to unlock doors doesn't work. Never had these problems using their hosted cloud service.
5 ★Just found this.. Worked great with our installation.
2 ★Constantly get "connection to the camera appears slow" and nothing can be viewed. Myself and the business is in a major metropolitan area so it's not the cell service or such.
