Sportles geven doe ik al bijna 20 jaar. 1 op 1 en groepstrainingen hebben al jaren mijn hart gestolen. Mijn vakgebied is tevens het opleiden en coachen van sportinstructeurs & sportmanagers. Ik probeer mensen te inspireren om eventueel later zelf mensen te inspireren. Door de juiste vragen te stellen tijdens een zware training, komen er hele mooie gesprekken op gang en komen we vaak tot kern van de zaak, waarom heb je bijvoorbeeld overgewicht, waarom heb je geen zelfvertrouwen enz. We gaan samen lekker aan de slag om de kern aan te pakken, de rest is vaak bijzaak.Voornamelijk train ik mensen die niet prestige gericht zijn, ik heb daar niet zo veel mee. Grotere biceps of alleen maar met zware gewichten trainen is niks voor mij. Mijn focus ligt op core-training omdat een sterk lijf een goede fundering nodig heeft. Wie je ook bent of wat je doel ook is, Core is de kern van alles.
