Aspect Workforce Management Mobile provides immediate access for agents to Aspect Workforce Management directly from a tablet or smart phone device. Empower agents to self-manage schedules remotely, and provide tools to track schedules, agent requests, as well as intra-day performance statics "on the go".

Agent Functionality:

- View individual agent schedule data

- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests

- View personal account balance data

- View agent productivity statics

- Ability to receive push notifications

The Enterprise Edition includes the ability to receive notifications.

1 ★Absolutely garage, gets to the 3rd screen and then nothing.

2 ★it was working okay for the most part but now it just error 404 when I'm trying to sign into it. I've already done all the troubleshooting steps to fix it, but it's still not working.

1 ★This app use to work great but now page won't load and keep getting error. I uninstalled it and installed it again to see if that would fix the issue it doesn't. I guess I'll just get rid of it for good since it's useless now.

1 ★This app worked for 1 day. After every critical review, they blame the companies we work for. I strongly doubt that everyone having issues work for the same company. I also saw where they tried to tell someone that most people who use this app like it. We can all read and this app has a rating of 2.1 out of 5. That's awful. The app just doesn't work. The end. Instead of making up excuses just be honest. Say we're working on it. That would be much better than the review responses I'm reading now.

1 ★Inconvenient to go to one screen to see staffing and then another to make edit to your schedule. You have to remember what was available to change your schedule. Gets complicated when the are multiple segments . Now staffing columns aren't lining up. Not good.

5 ★Easy access to get work schedule and other features such as hours accumilated for sick and vacation.

1 ★Android does not like this app. Crashes and will not allow me past the main screen most of the time or it's a white screen with no further Access. I with work would go away from this app.

1 ★This is the least functional app I have. It constantly doesn't load properly and the only reason I use it is because I prefer not having to call in to report an attendance update.
