Plantea realizar clases de preparación física general en el hogar. Se divide en tres partes con el fin de abarcar distintas posibilidades y características de los alumnos.
El Objetivo es que los participantes obtengan una metodología progresiva en los distintos niveles con una graduación de dificultad que va aumentando la intensidad y complejidad de los ejercicios a medida que se va desarrollando cada etapa.
El Primer Nivel será para Principiantes o Adaptación Básica General, el Segundo Nivel es para los que ya tienen una condición física que les permita vivenciar más variabilidad en los ejercicios como aumentar la intensidad; y el Tercer Nivel o Avanzados esta pensao para los más entrenados o que vienen entrenando y buscan nuevos desafíos.
En todos los casos se contará con un apoyo técnico de videos con ejercicios sueltos explicando la ejecución (tanto los de la parte Principal como en la Elongación Final) y asi proporcionar todos los ciudados necesarios para realizarlos en forma segura y sin errores.
Se tendrá la opción de acompañar la actividad con música de percusión, creada para la Aplicación, con el fin de marcar el ritmo de trabajo y la pausa correspondiente como también brindar un factor motivacional a la clase.
