Este servicio busca erigirse en una opción útil para aquellos momentos en los que el paciente tiene una consulta espontánea que no revista mayor gravedad (gripes, resfríos, virus, erupciones, infecciones urinarias, etc).
Hasta el 70% de las consultas que habitualmente se realizan en una guardia médica, pueden ser resueltas sin necesidad de un examen físico y sin perder tiempo en salas de espera.
