Stop watch calorie counter is a stop watch which counts the calories of a workout. The application updates the number of calories burned in real time. Stop watch calorie counter is a handy stop watch application which allows the user to save the results of a workout, and then compare the workouts to see how many calories are burned for each workout, and the total number of calories. This application makes it fun to do exercises, by allowing the user to see live updates of calories burned, and to allow the user to exercises and check if a progress is made.
The application uses METABOLIC EQUIVALENT (MET) VALUES to calculate the number of calories burned, for a specific exercise. The formula for calculating the number of calories burned is:
burned calories = (weight in kg) * (MET value for workout type) * (time in hours)
