Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Multiple Android devices and have had it work once with one of them, and that just until we put the device down. It's not even giving any diagnostic information about what's wrong. Having to use different 3rd party apps to even see if a brand new FLIR One Pro is connected, much less to get those gorgeous pictures on the box. We got the FLIR Pro instead of the Seek because it was supposed to be superior for a bunch of more polished image functions and looking like that is just not realistic.
2 ★It seems they took away the ability to disable automatic calibration. I nearly stopped using flir because of this but came back to see if that issue has been fixed. It hasn't. When you want to look for a cold or hot spot, relative to the background temp, having the camera recalibrate every few seconds is incredibly annoying and makes it unusable because all the colors keep changing. What's the point of a thermal camera when the colors change every few seconds?
1 ★This app is garbage. A little UI/UX work would go a long way. UPDATE: After a call to tech support, I found that if you want to delete a spot, circle, or box, you have to go to the spot in the app where you added them, and swipe left to delete them. The UI is way too counter-intuitive to be useful, with no indications as to what action is expected to accomplish a task!
1 ★The app used to work with my Galaxy S5, but since updates occurred the app no longer works. I get the error: FLIR Tools Not Loaded, the other error message is and Failed to load calibration data. The worst part about it all is that I had to load Thermal Camera For FLIR One in order to use my FLIR ONE!!! That's a DA** SHAME! the FLIR spp won't work with a FLIR ONE device! And the best part is that the Thermal Camera For FLIR One has NO watermarks!
4 ★Only reason for 2 star is because I could not get support and when I did was placed on hold for 10 minutes without resolution. With the update, where is the ability to activate the light on the phone? I conduct attic insulation inspections and when I show my customer the pull down feature, it's a dark snapshot. update: based on the video link, I assume the flash light icon was removed from the FLIR app and must be activated by using the phone's drop down menu.
1 ★FLIR ONE PRO It never worked, & has been a paperweight. There's many others with same issue of FLIR refusing to power on or charge...just an orange light. Should have been a recall. Luckily I found a better product, designed properly for Android that just works. Search for InfiRay Go. It works every time you plug into phone and has much better refresh rate. Was absolutely no reason for Flir use a separate battery. Design mistake. InfiRay doesn't need a battery, just works.
5 ★Had an issue with functionality of the new app on Android 11. Response from Flir was to reset camera, which I did. The layout of controls, on the new app, is different than the old, but functional. The camera, and app, now function well. If you can't find old features, tap the + sign. Flir has a good reputation and continue to make good products. Now that the app seems to be working I'm changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars.
5 ★Love the app! I have a Flir One Pro - Android USB-c version. Just got it a few days ago. Love the device! I've read all of the common negative reviews but I've been able to properly charge it and utilize the device to capture critical images when needed without it dying on me. Plus, Flir is now providing an auxiliary power bank at no extra charge, in case in does happen to die on you. The gallery editing features are great! The pallet options are great! A valuable asset!
2 ★Picture quality went to hell all of a sudden. Everything was good I could even see studs behind the drywall. See where insulation was needed, water lines and electrical up to a certain point but it was good enough for what I needed. Picked it up a while ago and the picture quality will look fine for about half a second and then everything on the screen will glow orange to where I can't tell what I'm even looking at. It's not a temperature issue I make sure there's a significant difference.
2 ★When 180 degree image rotation is being used, the actual touch location of a spot meter is inverted on the screen. This makes it very difficult to move a spot. Issue reported to FLIR. Update: Image rotation will be disabled in next update. Disable auto-updates if you care. You can easily move spots by turning off image rotation temporarily.
1 ★Flir One Gen3 (Android) app is completely unusable (Pixel 6). When the device is connected, the app just sits on the connection screen replaying the instructions on the loop. Even with cache and data clearing of the app and complete disconnect/reconnect of the sensor the app starts working 1-2 times out of 10 attempts. Now, EVEN if it starts working if freezes unrecoverably almost always during picture more switch, autocaliration, or any heavy rendering on the screen (many hot/cold variations)
1 ★Not compatible with my Gen 1. It just sits on the connection screen telling me to plug it in even though I've done this multiple times. I could be wrong, but it appears that they want you to upgrade to their newer models (I've seen references to this for iOS). I get that they don't want to support old hardware, but I spent $200 on this thing years ago and now it's a piece of junk. They should open source the spec so others can create apps that continue to work with old hardware.
