La Intendencia de Canelones deja a disposición de la ciudadanía la aplicación móvil SIREC Ciudadano que busca facilitar aún más la comunicación de vecinas y vecinos afectados por una emergencia y de esta forma mejorar los niveles de respuesta, ampliando la información disponible para que se puedan seguir los problemas generados en una emergencia y la respuesta de los equipos desplegados en el territorio desde la pantalla de un teléfono.La aplicación disponible permite gestionar reclamos en un contexto de emergencia climática de tal manera que se puede: ingresar solicitudes de atención, seguir la evolución de los reclamos ingresados, ver el mapa de situación departamental.
Utilizando la tecnología en post de mejorar la respuesta y de acercar el trabajo de las instituciones que integran el CECOED-SINAE a los vecinos de Canelones.
En la aplicación se deben registrar datos básicos de contacto. Esto permitirá la devolución de la llamada por parte de TeleAtención Ciudadana.
Para reportar un incidente, ingresar una breve descripción, completar los datos solicitados y ubicar un punto en el mapa. Una vez reportado el incidente, TeleAtención Ciudadana se contactará con ud a los efectos de verificar la información brindada.
Para reportar una emergencia requiere acceso a Internet ya sea por WiFi o datos móviles. Es importante que el equipo celular tenga activado el GPS para poder enviar la asistencia requerida.
