Description
La Intendencia de Canelones deja a disposición de la ciudadanía aplicaciones móviles para facilitar la gestión de servicios a los ciudadanos del departamento.Cuenta con tres servicios: Denuncias Ambientales, Reclamos de Alumbrado y Turismo.
Denuncia Ambiental - Permite la completa gestión de Denuncias Ambientales. De tal forma se podrán reportar denuncias, indicando un tipo y ubicación en mapa. Luego la aplicación permite dar seguimiento informando de cada etapa que va cumpliendo el reclamo dentro de la Intendencia. Además un mapa permitirá la visualización de las denuncias con colores diferentes de acuerdo al estado de cada uno.
Alumbrado - Permite reportar incidentes en la red de alumbrado público del departamento de Canelones. Se debe ubicar el foco sobre el cual se desea reportar el incidente, el mismo se podrá ubicar fácilmente si el ciudadano, que está haciendo el reclamo, se encuentra próximo a dicho foco; de lo contrario se deberá ubicar el foco mediante el Municipio y la Localidad. En caso que el foco se muestre en color rojo, nos indica que el incidente ya está reportado.
Para reportar el incidente, ingresar al foco y completar los datos solicitados.
Turismo - A través de esta aplicación se accede directamente a la aplicación de Turismo, la cual permite realizar la consulta de diversos servicios y eventos programados en el departamento.
