1 ★Doesn't even make appointments. It's just a map app. I could do that with chrome or Google maps. Every location has the same toll free number so how do I even make the appointment?

1 ★Useless. Came in when it said 5min left they said save my spot is not appointment you still need to line up for 2hours. Waisting my time waiting from near by then come within 15min of save my spot still told me to linenup

1 ★I checked in via this app 30 min early, arrived before the end of the estimsted wait time, only so I could wait outside for far longer in the wind, ice and snow. Bummer. Do they even know about this waitlist? Why did I give my personal info? Is an early check in a scam?

1 ★I want to book an appointment and the app only opens the map of where the Life Labs are located. To book an appointment, I have to go to Google Play and go from there.

3 ★Great to have, but when it says 72 minutes, you shouldn't have to wait 3-4 hours for check in.

1 ★It does not do anything what it states it does. Booked a spot arrived before estimated time but unable to checkin online and unable to bet into lab to physically check in. Tried to check in by phone but I got Central helpdesk it appears checking in was turned off by this location They could have but did not post any signs in that regards. Shut down app it added extra wait time and never did get bloodwork done.

4 ★Entered name and phone number, but unable to add email. Does not appear to be able to enter date or approx. time.

1 ★Zero stars if i could. Absolutely useless app. 3 lab locations in our area, and all advertise the app on a large signboard in the waiting room. "CHeckin not available" is the response you get when trying to checkin. So why even have an app if checkin is disabled?

1 ★Whatever you still have to wait in line for. I use this app every time but anyway I Waited more than 2 hours . Today this app said you have 45 minutes waiting but I waited more 1.5 in the line .

1 ★All labs say open tomorrow on the map but it is Tuesday morning and they are all open today per the hours listings. Impossible to save my spot. Same all this week.
