Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★This is an app with a wide range of possibilities for improvement. Messy, functions missing although described in help-files and non-intuitive. Di2 and electronic shifting is a blessing for cyclists. This app is not.
1 ★Cent connect to bike
1 ★não baixa
1 ★This is the most frustrating app I have installed. It almost never connects, the help functions are impossible to follow, and seems to lack the functionality you'd expect (like easily changing the settings on your group set).
1 ★can't even open the app, it keeps crashing every time i try to!!! 0 stars.
1 ★Disgracefully poor. Won't connect and the so-called help is completely useless.
1 ★Total frustration. App asks for the passkey. Default is 000000, but it say's it's not correct (has never been changed) and to go to a dealer.
1 ★If I could give less than 1 star I would. Upon the excitement of getting a brand new bike I have bricked my di2 before even riding it by trying to do the right thing and updating the firmware. The update stalled at 99% and then I've got no shifting, charging or anything. A trip to the bike shop has not yielded a quick fix and no doubt I will be well out of pocket from shimanos impossibly bad software design. Surely a failsafe would be to revert to previous firmware rather than bricking
1 ★Absolute garbage.
1 ★I'm at a complete loss as to how Shimano gets away with this. The app won't even connect despite it connecting previously and the so called help tab is worse than useless.
