1. Before downloading the app, sign up online. Use the information shared with you by Pelago, your employer, or your health plan. 1 ★My job charges me $60 a month on my insurance for being a smoker. They sent me a letter about this app letting me know if I complete the program on the app that charge would be removed. I have spent the last week trying to create an account. Multiple emails, using the website, app, nothing works. It kicks up a little loading wheel and then backs out. It gives me no reason it won't let me make an account. I'll use a different app to quit and see if my insurance will cooperate.
