4 ★If you can not select the WiFi go in to the app permissions and make sure location is on, this will then let you select the wifi and connect. The app is ok if you just want to change the temperature but the rest is not very user friendly.

3 ★just had the new Wi-Fi thermostat fitted download the app connected to Wi-Fi but the annoying this is it needs to be powered all the time of like the battery operated one use to have need to run it little to see how good it is. first impressions is ok for the price don't understand some of the app features

1 ★Followed the instructions carefully but the app won't connect to the WiFi, I tried ringing the support number at the back of the instructions booklet the line was busy so I selected the send a text option the phone line went dead.

1 ★Completely useless can't select a router as greyed out so can't connect to wifi. May as well save yourself some money and stick to a traditional thermostat.
