ARL Sura Personas en su módulo de observador de comportamientos permite registrar condiciones,comportamientos inseguros e incidentes al interior de su organización. A través de una gestión previa que se debe realizar en la página de ARL SURA.Para la aplicación están disponibles los perfiles Observador y Trabajador.
El observador después de habilitado el acceso a través de la web podrá:
• Seleccionar fecha, hora y número de personas a observar
• Reportar condiciones inseguras o comportamientos inseguros de acuerdo a los niveles y procesos asignados por el administrador.
• Hacer recomendaciones, registro de cambios y/o felicitaciones en las condiciones y comportamientos indentificados.
• Hacer una descripción de la situación identificada.
• Llevar un control de las observaciones realizadas.
El perfil del Trabajador no requiere de una autorización previa y podrá:
• Autenticarse con su cédula y Nit de la empresa
• Seleccionar fecha y hora del reporte.
• Seleccionar el nivel y el área de la empresa donde se realizará la observación.
• Seleccionar una categoría a reportar
• Hacer un reporte sobre la identificación encontrada.
• Describir la situación
• Seleccionar un responsable.
