Cette application pour smartphone appelée DolorAppCHUV a été développée dans le cadre d’une collaboration entre le centre d’antalgie du CHUV et la plate-forme Ingénierie-Santé (HEIG-VD & HESAV).Elle a pour objectif de recueillir le niveau de douleur des patients de manière automatisée.
DolorAppCHUV doit pouvoir remplacer un formulaire papier et rendre la collecte des informations plus systématique et fiable.
Les informations recueillies doivent permettre une meilleure prise en charge des patients.
Le droit d'utilisation de la caméra par l'application permet à cette dernière d'initialiser les paramètres de base via la lecture de code-barres. Celui de lecture/écriture permet de sauvegarder les mesures de douleur du patient en cas d'absence momentanée de connexion internet. Ces mesures sont supprimées automatiquement du téléphone à la fin de l'étude.
