vrijeme trčanja i pretrčanu udaljenost, možete klikom na tempo izračunati tempo trčanja te
prosječnu brzinu trčanja.
- PREDVIDI - predvidjeti svoj rezultat na nekoj dionici (npr. maraton) ako znate svoje najbolje vrijeme na nekoj
drugoj dionici. Npr. ako trčite 20 min na 5km, vaš rezultat na 10km će biti 41 min 42 sec.
- ZONE - procijeniti trenažne zone na osnovu najboljeg mogućeg vremena na dionici dužoj od 5 km. Definicija
