O TelessaúdeRS/UFRGS passa a disponibilizar gratuitamente o aplicativo RegulaSUS, nova ferramenta de apoio para médicos da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). O aplicativo RegulaSUS foi criado para facilitar o acesso aos protocolos de encaminhamento desenvolvidos pelo TelessaúdeRS/UFRGS em parceira com a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde do Rio Grande do Sul.A partir do acesso rápido e fácil, na tela do seu smartphone, os médicos da APS poderão consultar se os pacientes apresentam critérios clínicos que sugiram encaminhamento para o especialista. Os motivos previstos nos protocolos, disponíveis no aplicativo, são os mais prevalentes nos encaminhamentos para os serviços especializados. Destacamos que outras situações clínicas, ou mesmo achados na história e no exame físico dos pacientes, podem justificar a necessidade de avaliação com o especialista, mesmo que não contemplados nesses protocolos. Por isso, é importante descrever todas as informações consideradas relevantes no momento do encaminhamento.
Esperamos que os protocolos de encaminhamento ofertados pelo TelessaúdeRS/UFRGS, e disponibilizados no aplicativo RegulaSUS, possibilitem melhorar o acesso aos serviços especializados, pela definição de critérios clínicos que sugiram encaminhamento a outros níveis de atenção, aumentando assim a resolutividade e o papel coordenador da APS.
