Description

The Moto 360 does not have a magnetometer. The compass has problems finding North. Support for the Moto 360 is limited

This is a compass for your Android Wear with a unique Pointer mode. Feel when you are heading in the right direction.

The compass has two modes:
Normal: use it as you would use any compass app.

Pointer mode: stretch your arm and point. The watch will start buzzing when you are pointing to the set bearing.

Switch between the modes by swiping the screen (left is normal, right is pointer mode)

Tap the screen to say your bearing: "Bearing north west", "Bearing 38 degrees".

On the phone you can set your bearing by placing a marker on your desired location. The bearing is adjusted during your travels.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Great wear app, works perfectly on LG G watch R. A great addition would be an option to display back azimuth.
5 ★It works great on my Huawei Watch! Thank you for making it!
3 ★Does not work with gear 2
5 ★Works perfectly on LG G Watch, accuracy is spot on and the voice activated bearings is great
5 ★Although limited support for Moto 360, will work when synchronized with host device.
3 ★On both the Note 4 app and the Gear Live app
5 ★So far so good.
5 ★Excellent design, works perfectly.
5 ★Wonderful for asus zenwatch 2
5 ★Great for the confused
3 ★My phone and moto 360 are several degrees off, as other reviewers have noted, moving around a little bit will change the bearing, offset by several degrees. A manual way to calibrate would probably be useful. This is however, the best and sleekest compass app I've seen for android wear.
4 ★Calibrating the hardware compass doesn't seem to do anything as it might just be a very inaccurate chipset in the Moto360. It would be good if there was a way to calibrate the bearing by comparing against the phone's bearing.
