The TennCare Connect app is for Tennesseans who have applied for or are receiving insurance through TennCare, CoverKids, and Medicare Savings Programs. From the convenience of your smartphone, you can access many of the self-service features of TennCare on the web.Manage and view your cases anytime you want – right from your phone. You can use the TennCare Connect app to check the status of your case, review your health plan information, view your letters, or send us a photo of required documents. If eligible, you can update your contact information, household information, add/update pregnancy records, and add/update your assisting person. You can also add/update your household’s employment income, self-employment income, or other income (not from a job).

1 ★This app is disappointing. It's supposed to allow me to read my documents online, but it won't open any of them. Literally. It's a bit frustrating to have installed an app for that purpose, only to have it take up unnecessary space on my phone. *Edit* The developers finally responded to my review. It only took a year, well 13 months. That just shows how well this team works on this app and for they people using it. To the developers, yes, I found a solution, I switched to paper documents.
1 ★Password error. Not letting me put my email for a reset. App saying new version, but nothing on the app store.
1 ★I installed so it would be easier to renew coverage but that is impossible. It just says "approved" and won't let me do anything towards renewing except read the packet they sent me in the mail. Useless app
1 ★All it does is throw up errors. Doesn't let you send in any of your proof because it just keeps saying "System issues". We can't go into the office to submit due to covid but this app helps nothing.
1 ★I cant read any of the letters sent to me on it anymore. When I try to log in just online, tells me its incorrect even tho I saved my info in my phone. Was an excellent app but now it's a waste.
5 ★Never Had A Problem Untill Recently, Lot's Of Cellular Interference So Uninstalled Then Reinstalled .. Hoping That Works. People Answering Phones Very Helpful Its On Your Card.
4 ★Really good app except the last version allowed doc to download directly from bank app. I had to get creative to achieve something this simple. Lost 3 hours on this. Please correct this issue.
1 ★wow.... it won't let you create an account unless you have an open account with tenncare... tell me again how this is supposed to make the process easier? because it seems to me tenncare is still requiring people to go through the normal process. if the Obamacare website roll out was bad, this is a disaster.
2 ★This app does not let you view notices or letters pertaining to your case. It also keeps telling me to update when the app opens up. There are NO updates available.
1 ★The app wont let me sign in anymore. It keeps telling me my information is incorrect even after i change password. Was having a good experience until then. Maybe there's an issue going on??? Edit to respond: ive reset my password over and over again. Nothing works
1 ★I'm getting a "systems error " message when I try to check documents I have sent. Also it's saying I'm getting SSI ,which I am not. I only get SSD. It's also telling me I need to update the app. I have done that.
1 ★freezes when i try to take a picture of a doc and i have to restart my phone to get it to move. it also keeps telling me system error so i can't even get docs sent from my gallery. A bad app!
