1 ★It is an capricious, unreliable application possibly generated by elementary school code monkeys. It has not worked properly since I've started using it. Difficulties are arbitrary login for unseen calendar events, sessions expiring during sessions, locations errors, and updates required during sessions.Highly recommend screenshots to prevent any possible.malfeasances.

1 ★This app sucks in every conceivable way. Even though the state has required us to use this app beginning January 1st, it still does not work. At least once a week, I cannot get into it, or the functions inside of it do not work. Tonight they released an update, and now I can't get into the app at all. I strongly suggest administrators use literally any other app available out there.

1 ★App is ridiculous, cannot be adjusted. Of course, any app is only as good as the people who program it. As others have stated, there is no help readily available to users and input seems to be surprisingly unwelcome. Most errors I've encountered are basic and stem from the lack of good, knowledgeable administrators.

Plus, when someone lives with you and you are responsible for them 24 -7 it is just one unnecessary waste of time having to keep track of starting visit and ending visit on time. 1 ★Firstly, I have to log in right after logging in, every time, the app crashes often, and sometimes after an appointment should have been logged it shows that the appointment was missed completely. So inconvenient!

1 ★I've had to update this app 3 times in ONE month. And you can't choose to just not update it, it just won't work at all until you do. I wish they'd make this app work and then leave it alone!

2 ★This app sucks. Keeps saying I need to update at all different times. I logged in this morning but it didn't have my username down, which it always does. Then it said it didn't recognize my username and then said my 4 digit pin was wrong.

2 ★It keeps asking for updates and one day it wouldn't let me back in other time I know I completed my check out even had my client watch me do and go back the next day and it says I didn't complete my check out and all the up dates I can't bypass and start my time so it makes me late I just got another up date today and this is like the 7th or8th time this year it is driving me nuts

1 ★This app has been a hot mess since I have been force to use it, it doesn't allow me to sign in and/or sign out sometime, things get messed up on my time i have to fight to get paid, considering looking for another job, this is not worth the frustration!!
