Zuus Dynamic Scheduling gives your front line staff and managers a simple way to communicate about upcoming shifts.For staff:
• view your scheduled shifts
• drop and swap shifts when you can't work
• confirm a shift
• if time and attendance is enabled you can punch in and out of your shift and lunch break
• record your tips on shift punch out
• communicate important notes to your manager on your shift punch out
• receive push notifications for when: your schedule is published; your shift is coming up; and reminders to punch in and out of your shift
For managers:
• view scheduled shifts for self and staff
• instantly fill a shift
• approve/deny drop and swap shift requests
• configurable option to call staff
• receive push notifications when staff have not punched in or out
• see who is clocked in or not
