MINIATURE Pintxos Congress, iniciativa de los hermanos González del Hotel La Casa del Patrón de Murgia, es la cita anual con los mejores cocineros de pintxos. El congreso, que inició su andadura en 2014 en esta localidad alavesa, dará un salto cualitativo el próximo año, celebrándose en el Palacio de Congresos Europa de Vitoria-Gasteiz, entre el 6 y 8 de marzo de 2017.Cerca de 400 congresistas y una treintena de ponentes, del ámbito nacional e internacional, convertirán a Vitoria en la capital de la gastronomía, siendo este evento de carácter profesional, enmarcado dentro del Club de producto Euskadi Gastronomika, una de las principales citas del sector.
Miniature Pintxos Congress incluye, además del Congreso, un completo programa de actividades dirigido tanto al sector profesional como al público en general, con el fin de acercar y disfrutar de los pintxos con la celebración de cenas experienciales, rutas de pintxos, demostraciones técnicas, talleres en vivo dirigidos tanto a adultos, como a niñas y niños… Además, Miniature reconoce cada año a uno de nuestros chefs su labor, recibiendo el galardón en ediciones anteriores Enrique Fuentes, del Toloño de Vitoria-Gasteiz; Diego Guerrero, del DStage Concept, de Madrid y Gonzalo Antón, del Restaurante Zaldiaran.
