5 ★Absolutely loved this app, just finished the 21 day challenge, found the challenge and hypnosis sessions really good in helping me not to crave sugar. Before this I would not have gone a day without drinking fizzy juice or eating chocolate, but now for 3 weeks I didn't even touch them which is a great achievement for me, have restarted the challenge again and finding it much easier this time...

3 ★This could be a great app, but it keeps resetting my challenge to day 1. It makes me choose my challenge every time I click on the "challenge diary", so maybe this is why it keeps resetting to day 1? So I'm keeping track on my calendar, which defeats the purpose of an app. This is occurring on both my android and my apple phones. (I bought the app for both phones thinking it might be my operating system, but it occurs on both). The water and hypnosis sections are great tools. Also, why can't I find the 1 star review? I only see the higher rated reviews....
5 ★Bought this because I was sick of eating my grandchildren horrible sickly chocolate. Although I didn't like it I could stop bingeing on it at night. I've saved the cost of the app by not having to buy as much! The hypnosis sessions and the challenges are great. Thanks Sue and James!
