Description

No ads, no root required!

This app shows (live-capture) and tracks all current internet (ipv4 and ipv6) network connections on your phone/tablet - graphical. It reads the data from the same location as the famous netstat-tool (network statistics / network (internet) connection monitor), but optionally with tracking mode as small and efficient background-service with minimal CPU and power consumption. And: you can export all the data as CSV-File to Excel or LibreOffice.

With this Tool, you can monitor every app, if it connects to the internet: when, how often, to which servers... You can also check, if there are any listening network sockets (open ports/servers) on your device. Spyware, malware and all other ugly apps with heavy connection loading will be unmasked.

Fields available in live-capture network monitor and in the export-file:

* local-IP / hostname
* remote-IP / hostname
* resolved internet hostnames (if enabled)
* connection - state (explanation on click)
* time of connection create / change
* ipv4 / ipv6
* application name and icon

Options:

* enable/disable resolving hostnames
* enable/disable tracking
* sorting by time, connection-state or app-id
* EXPORT list as CSV file (pro-feature)

You can run this app as a background-service to track connections, and to quick view open connections at the notification area.

If you have ideas for improvements, feel free to send me an e-mail. This app is tested on various devices - if you found a bug nevertheless, please write too!

Thanks!

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Simple easy to use app with accurate results. Don't let the (UI) user interface fool you. I've tested similar apps in the store and none come close to the accuracy. Additionally, the app requires very few permissions. Support the developer, it's worth the price of a cup of coffee. / Stock Samsung Note 5 / Android 7.0. API 24 / Sprint
1 ★Not working on android 10
5 ★PROBLEM SOLVED THANK YOU.
5 ★One of a kind. Enables you to see which of your apps are phoning home. A very useful security/privacy tool. Wouldn't be without it. Excellent.
4 ★Excellent app.
5 ★Very nice app... very well thought-out but simple UI. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it runs on-demand rather than constantly from boot (like so many other networking apps) so won't drain the battery or slow down boot time. Just means now whenever there's an unexpected flurry of network activity I can find out what it is at the touch of a button with this app. Cool.
5 ★In terms of connections captured it seems to be doing its job. However, it'd be great if the apps could be shown by their installed name rather than module name, and more info (whois) on the servers they're connected to. Also, if we could choose specific app/apps to monitor & log all its/their connections, that would be very useful too! Thanks!
5 ★Lists all TCP connections and via what ports from the device. Clean simple and can be left running in the background. Great for finding chatty, insecure applications.
5 ★I needed to see where connections are going, and by which applications. This does it with a clean interface, and notification :-)
5 ★Does what it says. Displays real time port access, status, ttl, ip, app and more. Excellent and professional implementation.
5 ★Worth the money. I hope dev. keeps on devving this app, nicely done
4 ★wishing to list also UDP trafic, thanks.
