La implantación de un Plan de Control de Alérgenos para cumplir por parte de la hostelería el Reglamento 1169/2011, de 25 de Octubre conlleva como actividad fundamental la identificación de los alérgenos en cada uno de los platos y la disposición de la carta de alérgenos.Allergens, la aplicación que ayuda a la hostelería a cumplir con la normativa de alérgenos fácilmente.
