Updated to know about later versions of Android, and to speed up some operations.The app still needs no permissions to tell you about your apps, and in particular accomplishes all its investigation without Internet access. You can use the app itself to see how rare that is!
Current Play Store policies have forced a rebuild of the app targetting a later version of Android, which has caused the size to increase, but it still manages to pack a lot of features into a comparatively small app size.
