Prinex Personalizaciones es una aplicación desarrollada por Prinex, dirigida al promotor, que posibilita la visualización de la elección y configuración de acabados y personalizaciones de una vivienda, así como las distintas reformas de los inmuebles. Desde Prinex Personalizaciones, la empresa promotora podrá visualizar cada una de las características específicas de cada vivienda, detallando materiales, acabados, elementos constructivos específicos, etc, y las tareas pendientes de cada vivienda en la fase constructiva. Las funcionalidades son las siguientes:- Visualización por parte del promotor de las personalizaciones y reformas que hay en las promociones a las que tenga acceso.
- Posibilidad escanear códigos QR que enlazarán con personalizaciones particulares.
- En cada personalización puede ver una descripción general, la tipología y la lista de opciones contratadas.
- Posibilidad de cambios de estado de cada una de las opciones/tareas (Pendiente, en ejecución y ejecutado)
- Visualización de la descripción detallada de cada opción.
