Mit dem Krankenhaus-Finder...
Mit dieser App kann ein Patienten-Zuweisungs-Code generiert werden, welcher aus dem Diagnoseschlüssel, dem Alter und der Behandlungspriorität besteht. Mit diesem Code kann direkt die zum Patienten gehörige RMC ( Rück-Melde-Code) erstellt werden und / oder eine Ivena eHealt abfrage getätigt werden. Wird die Abfrage über eine generierte PZC getätigt, so ermittelt die App selbstständig die hinterlegte Fachrichtung und das Fachgebiet und überprüft, für die in den Settings eingestellte Stadt, die Krankenhäuser (Ivena-Plattform). Hierfür wird eine bestehende Internetverbindung benötigt.
Diese App kann keine Patienten zuweisen. Dies ist alleinige Aufgabe der zuständigen Leitstelle.
