2 ★I bought this application and like it, as well as backup for whatsapp. But i am unable to export sms/whatsup text to email. your careless customer service and technical support changed my review to 2. You have not solved these technical issues for more than 6 months. You either do not respond (to my email/fb messages) or respond after a lot of time. my last message to you has not been answered since aug 12th.

1 ★Does exactly what it says. Excel format us extremely helpful. Next improvement needs to be the inclusion of MMS in the backups, please. UPDATE: The email function stopped working awhile ago and it has not been fixed.

3 ★Archiving to the SD is no problem. However, I cannot get the email function to work and that is the primary reason for choosing to buy this app. I am using Google 2-step authentication. Please let me know how to generate a code to use instead of my usual Gmail password. Thanks.

1 ★I'm setting up my email to get the sms to send over-which is WHY I purchased. No matter what password I put -now changing them on Gmail three times it just does not make it on test message. VERY frustrated and have wasted now one hour. No response from customer service. Guess I will have to refund and find another app

3 ★This does a great job converting txt to archives ...eg for legal records. BUT I can't get it to do more than 200 messages in any one conversation ...which makes it pretty useless for long conversations.

1 ★Spent 2 days trying to configure the email setting, just would not work - kept getting stmp error message then the "wrong password" message - ending up getting a different app as it wouldn't work at all. Refund please.
