5 ★The app works as advertised. I've tried to recover files afterwards and they can't be found. It's easy to use and has several deletion parameters. Just be patient and allow it to completely run.
1 ★Samsung galaxy s7 reports successful deletion, yet files remain. Support indicates issue, should have appropriate error message by now
5 ★Love this app. So easy to use. I do have a question though for the devs. I am a little clued up on how memory works but not 100%. My question is- I notice these algorithms are for the purpose of deleting magnetic memory i.e. computer hard drives etc. But am i right in saying a smart phone's memory is different? It doesn't store memory in magnetic form rather electronicly due to the small size of the device? And if that is the case how do these algorithms work on such devices being completely different?
4 ★Great app clears phone and tablet but I have one big issue with it and that's the fact u can not just delete files on own it always wants to wipe free space aswell when I just want delete stuff securley
2 ★You could shred by going through your files, but you can not see your photos or single contacts, a good app would prompt the option to shred when you are in your album or contacts list.

Dropped an email to support and was furnished with the solution promptly. It will take some time to complete processing as it does in clearing free space on laptop or desktop but works just fine.
