1 ★Works for a short period of time before it completely stops working. Resetting the app results in the same. Not sure what causes the failure but not worth trying to figure out after weeks of frustration.
3 ★Blocks everything! It does not seem to be using the white list so if you want to use Google assistant you have to trigger it with app. You would think if you whitelist the application you should be able to use it. There's a section on the main screen that shows you which applications have been blocked. You would think that you should be able to click on those applications and select unblock, but that is not a thing.
3 ★Excellent. 2 stars off is not for blocker. Instructions stil seem vague. Other words preferred to illustrate "white list", or review by asking current paid users. Green lock. Does it mean green is locked and safe, what is green lock and white listed app suppose to mean ? To my perception it give false neg and false pos illustration. Black list is no camera access. White list is app does not and cannot send pic or sound files Get the idea ?
1 ★It looks like the app is not working properly. I have contacted the developer or number of ocassions and whilst I was able to get a prompt reply regarding other issues they are ignoring my query regarding rhe fact I am concerned the mic is not being blocked. I get a notification when some app is opened to say the mic has been blocked. However, when I use the mic (such as whatsapp call or taking a video with the camera) the sound is recorded. Seems to make the phone laggy too.
2 ★I would easily give this app 5 stars and pay for the subscription, but the app keeps shutting off randomly after setting it on approximately after an hour or so. I need it to block my microphone at all times.
4 ★I love the app. But it would be nice if either the widget for this or the one for the camera was different. I have both. And I can never remember which is which on the desktop since both ate identical and don't have labels.
5 ★I absolutely love these apps they are the best on play store a little while ago a friend shared a pic with all of his friends on facebook and it was a major virus I tried almost every virus protection apps to find it but none could then I said I might as well try this camera blocking app that I downloaded it found the spyware and the trojan horse that had actually taking over my antivirus software and was disguising its self as my app but protect star found it no prob so 100% everyone get it.
1 ★What's with all the fake reviews? This app seems to work possibly? It's hard to tell but a couple of times I was satisfied. But you can see when it doesn't work. It blocks audio when it shouldn't at least some of the time. Like with Facebook messenger the people I call get no audio sometimes. More time will be needed to see, but looking through the reviews has made me skeptical. And I'm considering deleting this app in the future.
4 ★This seems to be a very valuable application; however, only 4 stars as i was just on the phone to my interenet provider when i noted that my mike was turned off momentarily. One of those subtle signs this hacker uses to make me aware of their presence. While on hold to the police's non emergency line i noted that attmpts to activate my mic were averted. Im on a Blackberry Priv...that has been hacked.
5 ★These are really good apps . I highly recommend this product they are so easy to use and they do what they say.
3 ★My hand phone have been tapped for a period of time recognized by app Wire Tap Detection. When install Micro Guard then the Wire Tap Detection keep showing my mic recording is on going all the time. This is corrected or error. Please kindly help. Thank you.
4 ★The app works the problem I'm having with it is that while the app is working my alarms lose their audible sound and instead just vibrate it would be nice if their were a fix for this i'm on a samsung galaxy A52.
