1 ★Why does the radio not work any more?...
1 ★This used to be a great app. Now it's impossible to use. Terrible.
3 ★The feed doesn't show up. Can it be fixed?
1 ★When I first downloaded the app you could go to a screen where you had the option to go to chat room, arcade, play 2nd period bingo. Now you don't have any of those features. I even reinstalled multiple times.
2 ★I'm having the same issues as everyone else. The radio doesn't work and now the Pens Predictor has stopped working. I get the notification, but it will not load the game of the day to let me vote. There have been so many problems with this from so many people. Why can't it be fixed?
2 ★I love the pens but this app stinks, pal unless you are using it to go to games (which isnt happening). The feed is broken and theres no predominant box scores. Like it would be nice to see player stats during the game so we can quickly check who is scoring and assisting.
2 ★The radio link stopped working during the game on Jan 17, 2021. Now when u click the button it takes you to a website. App is great when it works but the radio feature does not consistently work.

1 ★I got this app for Pens Predictor when it moved, and at first I thought it would be nice. It was not. The app barely functions, half the time I don't get notifications, and if I can manage to predict, sometimes it won't even go through. Today when I tried to navigate to the Pens Predictor part of the app it kept sending me back to the home page. They need to fix this app so it works better.
2 ★I used to really enjoy using this app but since the last update I just don't have the patience necessary to even try. It used to be a simple matter of responding to a text message, but now I have to go into the app and sure, it looks pretty to see all of the players to chose your pick, but for some reason this evening it simply will not load on my phone. So I guess I don't get to participate since it is nearly game time and I've been trying to load it since dinner. I wish I could still do it via text, but I am already losing interest and the season has just started. Thanks for the update, NOT!
3 ★Well designed app... However the Pens Predictor has only worked two maybe three times for me since the start of the season. Even after a correct prediction, I never received the "prize". Not that I'm super concerned about it, but its the priniciple behind it. I'm not the only person with this problem for sure, so this bug needs fixing.
2 ★The app is much better and at the same time worse than texts. Fedex Pens predictor rarely works, about 20% of the time. Yinz should go back to texting that until you fix it. The rest of the app has a lot of great information, but is cumbersome to navigate. Fix this and I'll change my rating.
