The Tadpoles Parent app is used by over 2600 programs and 300,000 families to strengthen the connections between school and home.

When a teacher shares a new resource with you, you’ll be notified automatically by your preferred method of communication—email, push notification, or both.

1 ★This app is absolutely terrible. It's like a first year intern designed it. On top of the awful look of it, when you type anything the text box does not move above your keyboard so you cannot see what you are typing. The download photos option does not work. It's just a messy messy app. I reached out to customer service before that, and the only thing they had to say was that "the app was not tested on [my] phone (pixel 3) so they can't guarantee proper function. Please schools, use another app

1 ★App is really barebones and visually unappealing. Worst thing is the photos barely show up which seems to be a system limitation when more than 600 photos is taken, it just stops working regardless of reinstalling the app, clearing cache, logging out. I really wish our day home uses some other app.

3 ★Could be much better with teacher/parent messaging and real time updates of the daily sheet. Previous daycare used a different app with both of those things. Especially necessary post COVID, where we aren't able to talk to the teacher in person.

1 ★My Android App uninstalled tadpoles and now won't install the app. I can't see any communication for my child today. Since January this app has been a POS. Worst app for parents!!!!

1 ★You need to fix the UI with messaging. Not being able to see what you're typing is a huge issue. It's an easy fix so you need to prioritize that.

1 ★This app is so extremely limited and has had far too many bugs. I want to be able to see how my children are doing during the day but it constantly gives me errors or freezes while trying to input information. I often go days without being able to view my child's profile. In addition to that viewing pictures can be difficult but adding pictures is impossible. A simple update on just that feature alone would get my review to 2 stars. I wish my daycare had another app as an option.

1 ★Ever since switching to the Android version of this app it's horrible. Constantly buggy. Says I'm not logged in and won't let me despite connecting via google. Won't let me view or zoom on pictures. Can no longer mark my daughter absent. Constantly crashing or freezing. Certain views won't even load anymore. It's sad. This is the only way I get to learn about my child's day and they can't even keep it updated and working!

2 ★The issue I have with this app is I can't have both my children logged in and switch between students when needed. It's very annoying to have to log out and back in for each kid. I don't understand why this wasn't a feature in the first place. It's not like I can download the app twice to keep both kids logged in. Please add a multi-child feature asap!

1 ★Literally nothing on this app works or is even good. The UI is terrible: navigation is hard, non-intuitive and really hard to figure out. Features are broken. We can't communicate with the educators. The photos that are shared with us can be viewed only as thumbnails. The memories tab does nothing. It's shocking to me that a group of people thought that this app was ready to go into production and submitted this to the play store. The developers are bad, and they should feel bad.

5 ★I love this app. I get updates on how my child's doing, stay informed with school communications and get fun pictures of what my child experiences!
