1 ★A good idea, implemented terribly. Unfortunately, it is my daycare that chose this, so I'm stuck with it. The web app doesn't stay logged in despite checking "remember me." It is far from intuitive. The graphics are cluttered. Lots of clicks are required to navigate around both the native and web apps - especially painful with multiple children. There are lots of formatting issues. It appears the font used by the "teachers" doesn't jive with the font used by the native apps or browsers and lots of (what I assume) icons come through as "????." Overall it is a disappointing experience and I wish I had more options. Update: I have downgraded my rating to 1 star. As of spring '17, on Nougat, notificationa stopped working and we discussed reverting to paper reports with the center. As of mid June, the app has stopped working altogether, giving various errors, including "unauthorized user", and "not available" when trying to load views. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Logging out gives an error. Completely disappointed and will complain to our daycare and ask that they find a new solution. Heck, I might even write a new app for them...

2 ★The app needs a LOT of improvements. The entire layout of the app does not flow. Words have odd and random capital letters, the "portfolio" which is your child's day all in one list is choppy and hard to read. My biggest issue with this app is that there is no option for real time notifications. I don't have time in my work day to log on to the app constantly to check on my child's progress which is the whole point of this app. It would be actually useful if I could get pop-up notifications on my phone as soon as they are entered by the daycare staff. That way I actually know when my child naps or eats in real time.
1 ★Downloaded the app,can't log in.my day care reset the password for me,still won't log in.it just keeps telling me invalid username or password.very frustrating because it seems like it would be a good app.please help!
3 ★All I see mostly is "no record found", new to this app and its complex. I am busy in and out of meetings, checking on my child shpuld be simple! Its pretty though.
5 ★On a scale of 1-10, myKidzDay customer service scores a 12. They are very responsive and quick to incorporate our suggestions in the app.
