THE SCIENCE
As three key hormones (estrogen, testosterone and progesterone) rise and fall throughout a woman's monthly cycle, research shows they impact her brain and body in a wide variety of ways.
Because her hormones repeat the same up and down pattern every cycle, the effects her hormones have on her also repeat the same way cycle after cycle--making her moods, libido, energy and more easy to predict.
For example...
• On Day 7 of a woman's hormone cycle, she's happier, energetic and experiencing a spike in her sex drive thanks to rising estrogen--making this a day when boyfriends and husbands can do no wrong.
• On Day 19, she's quieter, sluggish and her desire for physical intimacy is low due to sedating progesterone, which is a hormone that reins in sexual desire--so men shouldn't take her "Not tonight, dear" personally.
• On Day 27, a drop in estrogen can make her irritable and blue, but she also experiences a rise in libido--which explains why she can be cross with you one minute, but want to cuddle with you the next.

HOW TO USE THE APP
Setting it up takes seconds: Simply input two pieces of information about your girlfriend or wife to launch the app's cycle calendar:
• The typical length of her menstrual cycle (input 28 days if you don't know)
• The day she's on in her cycle right now (just ask her--her Day 1 is the first day of her most recent period and she just counts from there)
You can then read your Female Forecast for today or look at any point in the future--tomorrow, next week, next month, even next year--to find out what she'll be like then.

4 ★Pretty good, could be great with a few additions. I'm immersed in estrogen daily. I wish you could track multiple women with different roles/relationships. For me I'd need daughter roles, boss lady role, and my wife, but it's been very helpful for me already, just limiting that you can only track one person's cycle.
1 ★Not worth your time. it's so general, like a horoscope, it can apply either way. " if shes having a good day, it's because her hormones are high, if she's having a bad day it's because she isn't affected by her hormones as much...." silly app....

5 ★A life saver. Whether you want to be supportive to your SO or just avoid the wrath of a predictable hormone rampage, it's worth buying. Simple interface, narrative descriptions of what to expect, and you can set it to give you daily reminders. The narrative style of each entry is optimistic and warm without being unrealistic. Helpful, but never condescending.
5 ★Had the female version of this app which helped a bit but it was me putting myself in her shoes and trying to figure out what to do. Great to have a version aimed at men with reassurance your plan might work

5 ★UPDATE: The issues I mentioned below have now been addresses. I've bumped this from 3 stars to 5 for watching for feedback and then promptly fixing the issues. ORIGINAL POST: Often the calendar information disappears which requires reinstalled. Also if the cycle length changes then I can't enter a day in the cycle greater than 1/2 the cycle length. Other than that, it's great to know how my wife is doing and what kind of day to expect.
4 ★Aside from the stereotypical assumptions the forecast descriptions make about me as a man (football and monster trucks are THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME EVER AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND EMOTIONS REALLY), this is a very good guide to the effects of my girlfriend's hormonal cycle. It only really applies to women with regular cycles, though, so if the woman you are using this for is hormonally compromised, don't get your hopes up.
